• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• You must be at least 18 years old to enroll, or have consent from a legal guardian.
• Enrollment is non-transferable unless expressly approved by PMAcademy in writing.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel enrollment if false information is provided.

All course fees are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and must be paid in full before the course start date unless an installment plan has been explicitly agreed upon.

• Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways.
• You are responsible for any applicable taxes, levies, or transaction fees.
• Fee amounts are subject to change; however, once you enroll at a listed price, your fee is locked.
• Failure to complete payment by the due date may result in cancellation of your enrollment.

We understand that plans can change. Our refund policy is designed to be fair to both students and the academy.

• Full refund available if cancellation is requested within 7 days of enrollment and before the course has started.
• No refund will be issued once the course has commenced, except under exceptional circumstances at the sole discretion of PMAcademy.
• To request a refund, contact us at contact@performancemarketingacademy.in with your enrollment details.
• Refunds are processed within 10-14 business days to the original payment method.

All course materials, videos, presentations, assignments, and content provided by PMAcademy are the intellectual property of DigitalMarketingTrainer.in and are protected by copyright laws.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to access course materials for personal learning only.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or publicly display any content without prior written consent.
• Sharing login credentials or allowing third-party access to course content is strictly prohibited.
• Violations may result in immediate termination of access and legal action.

• Interact respectfully with instructors, mentors, and fellow students.
• Not engage in harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior in any session or community channel.
• Not use the platform to promote unrelated products, services, or scams.
• Not attempt to hack, scrape, or interfere with the website or learning management systems.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for users who violate these conduct standards.

PMAcademy provides education and training to the best of our ability, but results depend on individual effort, market conditions, and external factors beyond our control.

• We do not guarantee specific job placements, salary figures, or freelance income.
• We are not liable for any business decisions, ad spend, or financial outcomes based on course learnings.
• Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the course in question.
• We are not responsible for service interruptions caused by third-party platforms or force majeure events.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements.
